Nice to know I have 31 origin NOTAMS, 86 alternate and enroute notams, and 45 destination notams, but I can’t see the fuel load. Still making me laugh that they put the amount of notams on the home page. We can’t get an arrival at the gate time or fuel load on main page, but we now don’t have to count the notams by hand.

Not in my experience. Generally I have to let the CA know when it's ready so he can send himself the HTML. Either way, it's generally at or before the hour prior to domestic departures which is more than enough time to get it. There is a lot to be critical of the app but this isn't it.

You don't need to go and find it. That's just where it is and where you start every flight. It's basically the home page of the app. And if pops up when it's available, generally about an hour prior to departure.

It doesn't "pop up" unless you're sitting on that page. It would be easy for them to push the flight plan and notify you it's ready.
