At 40-something percent ATL 717B, I haven't been called for a trip in over three weeks, bidding a 3 on/4 off pattern seems to help in not getting used, and I think i've had 2 SC's which I haven't been used from.

Reserve in the new contract is not going to be better. The longer LC call-out will force them to have more short calls and at stranger hours. Imagine having to commute in for 1am to 10am short call 6 times a month.
Unless they just keep relying on greenslips to solve all their problems. |
