Default Reflections......

Hello to All DAL retired Pilots.....

I'd like to start a thread for us to post thoughts, experiences, and positive comments regarding your time at Delta and what your important memories might be....

I'm currently enjoying a trip down memory lane with my Wife of 43 years in Mainz. Enjoying the River Hilton, and just finished a great dinner at COMO LARIO. Opened 60 years ago, we happened to be there tonite when the Owner Bruno was in the restaurant. Enjoyed a stroll back to the hotel and memories flooded back of the "Bistro" and many happy layovers in Mainz, Wiesbaden and the ATL-FRA-BOM trips. Thoroughly enjoyed my career, including the tough times, plus 27 years in the International Division!! Wishing you ALL, current and former Delta Pilots, great careers, good health, and happy memories!! Thanks for reading!! SAFE TRAVELS!!

Default Should be a fun thread to post on

I had almost 34years at North West / Delta , sure some rough and a lot good. I had a wonderful career truly blessed and now both my sons are airline pilots. One flying Boeing and one flying Airbus. I flew both and we have some lively debates.

Lovely post, thank you for sharing. Wishing you a continued great retirement, please stop up and say hello whenever you’re on company metal!

As a senior guy said to me when I was new “it’s over before you know it, take a lot of pictures!”.

Default Retirement is great!

Just finished a 14-day cruise on Viking Cruises sailing the Viking Homelands. It was awesome! I'm loving retirement!
