ACE app question

Anyone here have an ACE report resolve a scheduling issue and actually receive the pay due? If so how long did the process take AFTER ALPA started reviewing the report?
BTW it took 4 months for them to get to mine. Not blaming the union, I know the volume of contract violations is huge.

My April ACE paid out on my last check.

Unrelated, but back in 2012, I had a scheduling issue. Scheduling committee agreed with me. I got paid over 3 years later when we signed new contract and company was clearing the grievances, interest free of course and at my 2012 pay rate.

That's why soft pay sux. It won't bring management into compliance, they'll continually violate our PWA and thousands of us remain unpaid for work performed in accordance with the contract.

8 months + on mine and counting....

How incredibly myopic. I hate to break it to you, but “soft pay” is where the money is . GS pay, ADG credit, DH at full pay, rigs, sit pay, holiday pay, 0200 ‘carveout’ gone, Min day, and yes, reroute pay are all “soft pay”. Just because there is a small percentage where the company is currently being stupid (and they are) does not equate to soft pay “sucking”.

Tell you what, you send your “soft pay” to me, I’ll gladly deal with your ACE report like a debt consolidator.

I just got paid 21:00 for a 3 day and a fully paid, dropped 4 day. All because I flew into a vacation day, landing at 0203 I the morning. I am a big fan of soft pay right now.

In your perfect world of a contract that includes a pay rate and nothing else, how do you see the schedules being built and covered? Do you think your trips with no rules at straight pay will make your QOL/paycheck better?
