I know. Sorry I didn't spell it out.
They can't reliably do the little things like serve their internationally travelling customer base. I've set up "travel alerts" for ATM cash withdrawls weeks ahead of time. You'll get charged extra and get cash withdrawl limits of <$50 in some countries. (but they're happy to let you withdraw, with fees, multimple small dollar local currency amounts) I have, however, had my card blocked more times than I can count afterwards due to "suspicous activity." [yeah, that's me, idiots. I put it on your banking site]
I wouldn't trust them with a car loan, a mortgage, or anything else.
Other posters have suggested better options. I'd encourage you to look into them.
DCCU is not the underwriter you've been looking for.

I used DECU because someone in indoc plugged them. I had a checking account and a mortgage with them, both are closed now. They sold the loan instantly when I closed and the servicer SUUUCKED. Not their fault but the servicer couldn't get my principal only payments right. That made me appreciate being able to walk into an office and pound on a desk. DECU washed their hands of the it when they sold the loan. The mortgage was refi-ed to a local bank when rates went down. When I went to refi they weren't even in the ballpark. With direct deposit the checking was supposed to be free but I started getting fees and when I investigated they said they "upgraded" my account. Some TOS email I ignored apparently.
