Delta is my #1 (I live in a hub) but I have 2 other CJOs (which guarantee a commute) and I’m thinking maybe I should just take one of them and keep trying for Delta. Current NK captain trying to get off the sinking Titanic.

I feel like they sent an email the next day but I can't find the email. Also, the waiting period had been 6 months but the pace of hiring caused them to reduce to 4 months.

Found the email. It came about a day or two after I took the assessment and it was a 3 month cooling off period, not 4.

Ok, thank you for the information!

Just got the email for the AON. Which websites are the best to practice for them? pilotassessmentprep.com? Recommendations?

I used pilotassessmentprep.com and felt it was similar. There are also some youtube videos on how to solve the sudoku style puzzles with shapes faster.

I recommend using a desktop or if you have to use a laptop get a bluetooth mouse for the multi tasking games. Good luck!

Thanks planejoe. Under the delta pilot section on there, there’s 12 tests. Which ones should I focus on? How many are on the AON?

It's been almost 2 years for me now but I believe it was 6 sections. I definitely remember a multi tasking game of math on 1 side and moving an airplane around on the other side to dodge obstacles. Sudoku with shapes, gets progressively more complicated as you solve each one. Hearback/Readback with international english accents... Like getting approach instructions in China then selecting multiple choice what the instruction was exactly.

Also prepare for a total mind numbing personality assessment at the end. Example: I am often late to work or Everyone thinks negatively of me. You'll slide an arrow and decide which statement you agree with more, have to pick one.

Maybe someone else can chime in if there are different sections now and what I missed.

Thanks for the info! That lines up with what I discovered pages back on the Delta New Hire thread. I got the email with the link yesterday, gonna study a few days and then take it and hope for an interview

They will inform you if you are no longer a candidate. It may take some time, but patience is easier said than done! No news is good news.
