Wait after AON test?
 

Just took the AON, curious how long others waited before hearing anything. When I took it for AA I heard back the next day. Wondering if it’s a long or short wait or not at all? Thanks!

this was a little while ago but I waited about 5 days till I got the interview invite. Can’t remember if that was right before a weekend or not. I’d expect to hear back by the end of next week.

It was less than 24 hours from assessment complete to interview invite for me (Feb 2024)

June 2023, waited 4 months.

Thanks! Hoping I’m smart enough to get an interview now.

Aug 8- Delta OBAP M&G
Sep 3 - Application went from “Application Received” to “Assessment in Progress”
Sep 10 - AON assessment email
Sep 14 - Took AON assessment
Sep 18 - Interview invite
Nov 6 – Interview/CJO
March 2026 – Class date????

Do people take the test and not get an interview? I wonder what the percentage is?

It does happen, no idea what the fail rate is. I’m the past I’ve seen the failures accompanied by a “try again in 6 months.” Don’t know if that’s still the norm.

In 2023 a failure had a 4 month cooling off period. Ask me how I know....

Delta is my #1 (I live in a hub) but I have 2 other CJOs (which guarantee a commute) and I’m thinking maybe I should just take one of them and keep trying for Delta. Current NK captain trying to get off the sinking Titanic.
