The 50 pilots who used the HVC iPad app most certainly didn’t get letters. Definitely got a coupon for a new woven belt and cellphone holster though.

Pilot morale is hard to put in a spreadsheet or quantify but it absolutely affects the operation big time. This is infuriating but it’s also just so so shortsighted.

Hopefully see some comms from ALPA on this soon.

I mean, the CPO put in their last 2 newsletters how it's REQUIRED to stand at the door and say bye and stay until the very last passenger is gone. So, problem solved (wipes hands)

That’s the problem right there. JH has been “low level” for over a decade in the assortment of different 4th floor positions he’s held. He just can’t seem to jump high enough to make it to mid level. The fallout from this is NOT going to bode well for his managerial career.

Having now seen a copy of someone’s letter, the tone-deaf nature reminds me of the BP memo we saw several years ago. Funny how the pilot group never heard from BP again after that.

JH will be shoved aside as the next scapegoat, as RG and others continue to pull the strings in the background.

Since they got rid of the RD position and changed the structure, he came out on top of the other 3 RDs. I don’t think it’s coincidental at all that the RD that had the region that seemed to be the most pilot unfriendly won out on the promotion.
