I'm seriously going to have culture shock in the transition from B6 to DL. Entirely too many QOL benefits. Another question that's probably already been asked: What's the availability of short-term crash pads for sim training in ATL? Are rough prices in the $200-250/mo? |

As someone mentioned, you have to have a 48 hour break (which you almost always do once a week) and you make the positive space bookings yourself. There has to be a coach seat available at the time you book, so plan accordingly. If you change, be sure to delete the old one. They should walk you through it all during indoc, but there is so much to cover they don't spend a long time on any one thing. Also, I'm not sure of the policy (if any) on getting back to the schoolhouse, but I'd recommend leaving yourself a backup flight if at all possible (only make one booking though). Yes you are positive space, but you don't want to be that guy frantically making the "I can't make it" phone calls on a Sunday night because you only gave yourself one flight. YMMV though. |

Badgerned, as a sanity check on the spreadsheet, I am a Dec 17 interviewee and was told today that there are roughly 50 pilots ahead of me after taking into account everyone assigned to classes in April. They also said all April classes are full. They did not say how many classes there are in April.
