So being able to commute in and out without always addng extra days to the trip would be my best QOL option. Second consideration is I think I would prefer fewer/longer legs vice more/shorter.

If you want ATL go M88 or 717. JMO. It's likely your only ATL option. Unless there happen to be some 7ER openings. Which there may be as they lost about 35 ATL 7ER FOs on the last AE. If you must have longer legs, you could take the 73N too. Might have to take NYC first, but I'd think you could get ATL soon with all of the deliveries coming.

Seems like a swap to atl can happen pretty quick based on what I have seen on here. If I can one leg from RDU any base is workable, but there are some shorter drive options getting to ATL via delta connection.

I've heard a320 in NYC is not very commutable which has prompted the original question. Not used to possibly choosing my own destiny, used to being told where to go and when!

Yes. NYC A320 is typically a very un commutable category. Regardless of what you choose, welcome to Delta. :)

Is a320 just as un-commutable in atl as it is in NYC?

No, but it will take much longer for you to hold a line in ATL.

How commutable is ATL from Shreveport?

MD-88 don't care.

All new hires should reference this post:

Loosely based on the bad ass honey badger.

Those were great! Paint up an 88 like a honey badger and put my name on the side of it! Wait...we don't do that name thing on the airplanes here...

Anyone know class dates for Sept?

So do we have the 8/4 drop yet?
