No worries. I know you were only stating what Delta leadership told you. I'm not surprised at all that sometimes DAL leadership is mixed up with what they say is the plan vs. what really happens.

Nice. Anyone know if the interview numbers are going back up like last year? Wonder how many per week.

I wouldn't say likely. Friends who have been on property over a year haven't gotten it yet. There's none on this AE either so best chance a couple might get back filled.

At this rate of hiring any new hire is almost guaranteed to be able to bid any 717/88/737/320 domicile shortly after their new hire seat lock is up. The only exception is CVG which is dying the slow death of domicile attrition.

Take MSP: There have been No AEs for a while but that also means a bunch of guys that got MSP around a year ago on the 88 will be bidding off. They will backfill when this happens.

It is pretty routine to see folks getting awards that weren't listed on AEs.

This is by far the quickest movement on the bottom of the list since at least 2000/2001 and things are still picking up.

Think positive! :)

Just to make sure I'm thinking about this right...if you get 88 NYC in indoc.,you can still bid and get awarded 88 ATL with an AE within a year. The freeze is just for an aircraft change not a base right?

Thanks

Correct. You can only change seats in the first year if they open a new category, i.e. The E190 out of sea. If you get NYC717B at indoc you could bid off within the year to fly E190 in SEA. You couldn't leave the 717 otherwise, but you could fly it out of lax or something

Rumor from indoc is they are going to hire 105 a month for at least the next four months.
