I was CVG based on and off for 4 years. Although I've never met Ryan, he has my support.

Well, here we are, in a time of record profits, being asked to approve a contract that is, in my opinion, concessionary! The raise is, once again, smaller than expected, but more significantly, we are making significant concessions in profit sharing, scope, and sick leave.
In my correspondence with my reps (except for Ryan), the response seems to be that while this TA might be underwhelming, the alternative would be a drawn out mediation. WHO CARES?!? I'd rather live under C2012 than C2015.

I'm an absolute NO on this one. I voted yes on C2012; it had lower pay increases than I wanted, but it fixed several other issues (notably sick leave). I figured that the short duration of the contract would position us well for this negotiation.

Can we copy this and leave it in every airplane, crew room, bathroom, employee bus...? Seriously most people I speak with say NO, but we all know there is a going to be a huge number of yes men who are only looking at the measly pay bumps. Again the seniors will eat their youth and forget about how they ended up where they are now.

Bingo! Outsider here but this should be stressed to your pilots. Why vote for this when your current agreement is better IMO. Best of luck, I hope ya'll vote it down with a big percentage.
