Not on here, but anybody that counters his arguments will be.

I'm an absolute NO on this one. I voted yes on C2012; it had lower pay increases than I wanted, but it fixed several other issues (notably sick leave). I figured that the short duration of the contract would position us well for this negotiation.

Well, here we are, in a time of record profits, being asked to approve a contract that is, in my opinion, concessionary! The raise is, once again, smaller than expected, but more significantly, we are making significant concessions in profit sharing, scope, and sick leave.

In my correspondence with my reps (except for Ryan), the response seems to be that while this TA might be underwhelming, the alternative would be a drawn out mediation. WHO CARES?!? I'd rather live under C2012 than C2015.

I agree we can afford to wait with delta projected to make record profits in 2015 and beyond

Same story with me. Thought this contract was going to be where we got some good gains.....guess not.

Funny how they are selling us the TVM and saying if we get parked it will be 28 months and by then we will be exchanging openers for the next contract already.

Well guess what.....I'd rather be parked than back in negotiations for more CONCESSIONS in 28 months if this is how DALPA now negotiates.

Richard Anderson will be doing back flips if this thing passes. We fund a big chunk of our own pay raises with concessions in other areas. The rest of the 1.1 billion will be paid for with the non-contract employees' inevitable profit sharing cut.

Has anyone heard when Ryan is coming out with his Part 2?
