the road to 'justice' is littered with the bleached bones of those legitimately wronged...who did not have the economic stamina to complete the journey.

don't kid yourself.

My fellow DAL pilots,

I have been informed by a friend, who happens to be in FLT OPS management of the following directive from ATL:

"Forward to ATL the name and employee number of any pilot(s) involved with recall attempts, or garnering of proxy votes to facilitate the recall process"

I was also told they will be in the lounges looking specifically for those pilots involved in such activities.

What you do on your phone and email on your time is YOUR business. Be aware that if you do "work" to further the cause in our lounges the company appears to have a different opinion.

Stay safe. Stay active. Stay aware.

I thought that was a pink Floyd quote. Seriously.

I read it in the 7th grade. I was listening to Floyd this afternoon.

Rumors of Donatelli's resignation are greatly anticipated.

I respect your right to pursue whatever agenda you might want, and I understand there are actions outlined in the bylaws some are interested in exercising. You will have to collect signatures elsewhere."

DAL doesn't want you kicked out. They want to know WHO YOU ARE so they can "take care" of those monkeying with their union. I mean ALPA. I mean our union.
It's all so very confusing.

so the allegation is now delta is alpas intel collection arm?

okay then...the point is even finer now.....all it takes is a piece of paper and a stamp.

It is confusing. Who is they? I've talked to ALPA and the company; they know who I am.

Back to my question...is it illegal to tell an off-duty Delta pilot that he is not allowed to collect signatures in the crew lounges for an ALPA petition?

The nice clean thing about sending in a card is it takes the controversy out of the lounges and union hall and puts it into social media and the nlrb --which is neutral.
