I said I want more days away from home at less pay, with only company approved sick leave (two months notice), one week of February vacation, and 15 short calls for my 25 days on reserve. No layovers at hotels if a Motel 6 is within pleasant walking distance to gas station. I'm trying to keep my back pack on.
