20 aircraft would make it our third smallest fleet and probably doesn't make sense, but we have other small fleets.

747 - Shrinking every fall
777 - 18 (for now) with two FO and three CA bases
190 - 19
767-400 - 21 and stagnent with two bases

Could be a temporary solution to have 717s md88 and 190s that could all be replaced by a big c series order of both c series models.

Money there are used 777 airframes in the wings. Perhaps to provide another gun to the head moment of 'vote YES for this or we will shoot this puppy'....

At the other end of the fleet, i dont think mgmt has figured it out yet.

The old rumor of 10 from Jet airways was solid multiple source confirmation. Jet backed out.

This latest is 11 from Singapore for $8.5m per with no motors or mods. Supposedly already closed. Still crickets on the official word.
