Cumulative seems to be management's new buzz word to make us think our counter proposal is too expensive and the increases they offer are enormous.
Sailing you are good at finding numbers,
Could you find Richard and Ed's raises since chapter 11 and make them "cumulative"?
The result will be eye watering.
Costing the cumulative total of our 3 year deal makes about as much sense as me saying the apple I bought today was .59 cents but all the apples I have purchased in my lifetime cost $159.23.
The cumulative cost of our PWA is still far less than the cost of the failed fuel hedges which no one got fired for.
Our position is more than fair. Together we will attain the PWA we deserve.
