90% of the pilots you fly with know better because they already know that your claim is not true.
The measurement period that will end on March 31, 2016 will be reviewed for compliance over the previous three years with the period April 1, 2013 – March 31, 2015 accepted as being the minimum amount required (IAW the settlement agreement).
Go back and read the settlement agreement and the Contract Awareness Bulletin 15-07 that explained this.

Since April 2012-April 2014 occur in both measurement periods, damages would be calculated only once for each year resulting in four distinct years of damages. As part of the settlement agreement, the $30 million paid by the Company cures the damages for those four years and therefore the be considered to have been in minimum compliance for any future measurements that include those
years. Using the 2013-16 measurement period, for example, would mean that the years April 2013-2014 and April 2014-2015 would have been treated as if they were in minimum compliance at 48.5% of the EASKs and any shortfall in the April 2015-2016period would be subject to damages in any future grievance
So it looks like the company is considered in compliance for those two years, so the first year that could be considered in non-compliance would start April 2015. Still feeling good about that settlement?

alfaromeo? no, not enough arrogant gobbledygook.
tsquare? no, not enough self-righteous anger
pineapple guy? no, not out of touch enough
doug madsen, chuck essential and the other last-minute goon squad turncoats who were activated prior to the NA15 vote? Highly probable.
shizint... one of the slimiest operators DALPA has ever seen. easy to confuse with a management shill.
yep. shiznit.

Our partners' international flying is expanding while ours is contracting. Good thing we didn't give up ANY profit sharing for 2016 and beyond.
