Delta Q1 Earnings Call 4/14 10am
Q1 2015 $0.45 EPS
Q1 2016 estimate $1.35
Triple last years results.
Little to NO WIGGLE room in our counter proposal.
Had we know our profits were going to triple, our counter proposal would have taken a much higher position. And rightfully so.

It's really no wonder why mgmt was offering an unprecedented 6months early option....

It's becoming apparent that they don't want to pay us an industry leading pay rate while we hold our current profit sharing. There will be a quid pro quo in order to get one more dollar than XYZ airline. At least that's our management's plan.
I believe they intend to drag this out as long as possible, wait until profits return to "normal" levels, then consider paying us. And fight retroactive pay. They win.

I hope that is not the case. Had a Flight Attendant commuting home last night ask me if we got snow globes also. I was clueless as to what she was talking about. Apparently the company gave 75th anniversary snow globes to all the flight attendants. It looks like they have so much money for everything but doing the right thing and restoring our pay.
