It's a good thing English is the standard language around the world for aviation or 99% of us would be Domestic only. Trilingual = someone who speaks 3 languages , Bilingual = someone who speaks 2 languages. Someone who only speaks 1 language = Americans

Why do I need to speak another language if everyone I need to already speaks American?
