This is the third time today I've seen that story, but it's always from the same source. Are there any other reports of this alleged incident?

It seems extremely speculative and makes a lot of assumptions. It almost makes CNN, FOX News and the rest of them appear to be un-bias and fact based.

The source is an Australian blog site. They seem to accept articles without an author's name attached.
