Green slip trip day before reserve

If you are offered a GS on an X day which is a day right before your RES and the trip spills into your RES, do you get 200% plus the daily min credit for the RES days that you were "removed" from?

You never get 200% pay as a reserve. You get the value of flying performed on the off day added on top of the reserve guarantee at straight rates and you get the off day violated back at the end of the trip or as a payback day if that is not possible. The portion of the trip flown on reserve days pays the same as any reserve assignment.

Yes but be careful, as you only get that day's worth, and not a full day's 5:15 min, unless the first day is at or above that. Sometimes say a 15:45 three day trip could only pay you one hour in that situation. You'll have to look at the trip. You'll get a payback day though.

You will get one payback day and a partial reserve day based on what time you block in from the trip. You are only paid time above guarantee for the actual time (flying or dh) that touches your X day.
