Heads up on profit sharing & MLOA folks
My profit sharing check is exactly 17.81% of FLT pay, fly adv, regular and retro. The company did not take into account nearly 3 months of MLOA that were taken in 2016. Look carefully! I'll get back to you in 9 months when it's resolved. ::::sigh::::::

Mar 15th....
The Feb 14th profit sharing check was only paid on what was actually earned/paid out in 2016. It appears that those who should have 'deemed' earnings during 2016 will have that remaining balance paid out on March 15th or later depending on your return date (I was gone from July '16 - Jan '17). Now that pay has gone out on actual earnings, they will go back and figure each individual's deemed earnings for the year based on category, seat, ALV, etc.
This is from the Delta MEC who was aware of the situation.

My PS payout was spot on to the penny.

My MLOA was September and November/December. Perhaps that's the rub, I took MLOA through early Jan of 2017. However, my USERRA was paid out for the November/December that I was on MLOA, don't see why they couldn't have figure it out based on that.

I should have been more clear. It is dependent on when the leave was taken. Mine ended in Jan of 2017 so they have to go back now. Your's ended in Jun, therefore they had already calculated your deemed earnings for your 401k USERRA deposit which made it easy for profit sharing calculations.

Yeah mine ended in September too and I'm about 1k short on PS which is roughly a month of mil earnings that wasn't taken into account. I was also paid the 401k on it finally in December so I'm in the same boat.

What is USERRA/.15 mean? I'm at UA and was on mil leave from feb-aug, and my UA PS check was simply based on United's pay checks. Am I supposed to get paid based off what I also would have made at UA during those months also? Is this something you guys negotiated or is this law? Thanks
