Ha! No, as I said in the first post, Delta is the goal. And while six months certainly sounds terrific, I'm not sure the military factor is as much of an advantage for us rotor-trash guys as it is for my AF/Navy FW counterparts. Plus I'm not sure the big guys can even see my app without 1000 FW turbine. All my turbine time is rotor.

C-12 time is turbine too. Might not be as desirable as jet time, but mostly counts more than helo time. And DL will probably give you more credit for having military training and leadership skills than for jet time. Good luck!

I'm in training at Endeavor now. A retired AF guy in my class received the DAL interview invite about 24 hours after adding Endeavor to his app. I'm quite pleased with Endeavor so far.

Flip a coin. Mil guy at Envoy right now and it's good. I know plenty of guys at Endeavor and other regionals. The key is not to commute if you can. All of the hire/no hire talk is conjecture, but apply everywhere just in case.

This entire question/discussion is maddening. Not that I don't like the answer, but that there isn't one. Out of 20 people, 10 say it makes no difference and 10 say mainline won't hire you out of their WO's outside of flow.

Is there an actual source for an answer to this or are we all guessing? (I'm assuming guessing, along with almost everything else involved with hiring.)

That is absolute nonsense. I can think of 8 personal friends who were CAs and FOs at Envoy that got hired off the street at AA in the past couple of years. And those are just the ones that I know personally. Plenty of other Envoy pilots have gotten hired outside of the flow.
