Default Help!

Can someone please help....training resources *reserved* my seat on a flight to MSP for training today (start date tomorrow) but did not *book* the ticket (not paid for)....I can't get a hold of anyone at Endeavor. Is the training resource dept. open today? Can anyone help? Don't want to miss my class date!

I would imagine it being a Sunday that the person who schedules flights and hotels is not in until tomorrow. Unless it's occ that whole place is a m-f 8-5 deal. Just call crew scheduling

There are people in the training scheduling dept that DO work sat-sun.

They're just prepping you for reserve. Pretty much normal ops. Now all you need is no hotel reservation when you try to check in and the hotel refuses to send the van without a fax from API.

They usually show up for a couple hours and go home on weekends. If I were him I'd just call crew scheduling (which I'm assuming someone PM's the number).

Ouch.... unfortunately that is something to get used to, though still not as bad as it used to be, we are a regional with more needs than support staff. PS I hear AA has regionals that are hiring with a flow through.

For people reading this thinking Endeavor is some kind of sh**show, I've only had this happen once, ever, and it was during an irop when they assigned the hotel at the last minute.

My point exactly. On reserve, at ANY airline, your schedule changes and the system can't keep up. Not once has this happened to me as a line holder. On reserve...at least once a month.
