Sorry, but I refuse to turn off my ad blocker for Forbes. That website can suck it.

I can see by the URL, though, that it's the DAL/AA wing strike.

I just don't know what you're getting at here. Yeah, it sucks. Yeah, it can, and has, happened to other airlines.

Are you angry at Delta because you're at Endeavor and that's why your title is "poor Delta"?

Are you genuinely sad for them?

It could have just as easily been one of us. A good reminder to always stay vigilant with your situational awareness.

Was it the famous rocket surgeon who wrapped a wing around a pole a few years back.

Now it's up to 3 events in two days. All JFK, one is above, the second was one DCI RJ under tow clipped another one at a gate, then a mad dog clipped a super tug. Driver went to the hospital but was released with no injuries.

This is a reminder to always stay vigilant not matter the experience level.

Thanks for contributing exactly zero to the thread. No one cares if you like or don't like Forbes. It was a link to a situation that can become (or not, anyone's choice) a life lesson.

Yes, it can happen to anyone. Anytime. Anywhere. Never let your guard down.

Best point ever. No one is immune to anything that can go wrong. Just ask the guys who flew into the thunderstorm after not thinking to turn on their radar when entering "haze"
