Commuter Provisions and Insurance
Greetings All,
I've been looking through the threads for Endeavor and just wanted to confirm two things.
1. The commuter clause states that you have to have two flights. If you miss your first flight, you will get positive space on your second as long as it is a Delta or Delta Connection flight. Is that correct?
2. For a family of four (two adults and two kids) how much are the monthly premiums for health insurance? It seems like $400.00 is a ballpark.

2. Correct ballpark for the high deductible plan. $411 to be precise. Company provides about $1400 a year wellness incentives to help pay deductible which is $2700 for a family, out of pocket max $6000. "Cadillac" plan runs $907 a month and is a $800 deductible $3000 out of pocket max for the family. When you compare the savings with the premiums the high deductible plan is probably the better way to go if family is healthy. $1400 company contributions roll over year to year in a bank with the savings plan and I believe it belongs to the employee if they leave.
