Default CJO deferral?

How long can you defer a CJO (iow if offered a CJO today, how long can you put off the start date)?

I believe it is 6 months. That's what I was told recently by a recruiter. Do you already have a class date assigned?

No it was actually going to be a deciding factor in whether I apply. But if its that long I think I'll probably do it.

It's backed up to June anyway at this point. So an August class date would probably be wide open

Your class date must be 6 months from interview date if you interviewed in the office in the C-Tower in MSP, 12 months if you interviewed in the field. Otherwise you have to interview again.

I'll only need till the end of July. Sounds like it'll work out (assuming I get a call to interview and offer). I have a little more homework to do to see if this is a good jump. Thanks again all.

Also be advised it’s taking 4 weeks to get a call.

Worth putting your stuff in and doing the interview just for the experience/practice

Default Fall training

I just interviewed and was given an estimated training date late summer to early fall. Might actually be further out than six months.
