Suit optional. The pilots wear our summer uniform I'm pretty sure (if not a business casual endeavor uniform) so maybe some khakis and a button down or polo are fine.

If I were you, I'd dress in something clean, comfortable, and pressed and maybe not a free swag shirt from one of the other carriers!

Good luck - let us know how it goes!

Polos and shorts. Thats what all the CPs, ACPs and recruiters are wearing there. Very casual.
There used to be an old saying about getting ahead in business. "Don't drive a better car than your boss." The same applies here. Don't show up in a suit, when the recruiter is wearing khakis and an AirVenture shirt.
