Has anyone applied recently?
I’ve been reading the comments in the forums lately and it seems like Endeavor is really backed up in training. Despite this, I decided to go ahead and apply and just wait it out if, after the interview, I felt strongly that Endeavor was for me. I applied a month ago and haven’t heard anything. It seems odd given that other airlines seem to be hiring aggressively and were quick to set up interviews. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? If not, what has your experience been? Some extra information about me, I have a degree, a good work history, and haven’t failed any required checkrides.

From what I’ve heard from people up the chain endeavor has filled classes (not really, but they say they’re “filled” with one class of 20 in a month) through January. Basically what happened earlier this summer is repeating itself. They are stalling interviews and hiring until the need arises again in a few months.
If you’re still building your hours, wait around if you can and call recruiting occasionally letting them know you’re still interested. If you have your hours, consider another regional. Seniority is everything...

I'm currently in the school house, and management stopped by today and we asked about hiring. The answer they gave us was that they would continue hiring normally (2 classes around 15-20/class) through this year and into early next year and then turn it down to one class 15/month until summer or this growth gets announced. They said Q2-3 2019 they are expecting to ramp the hiring up again to full capacity for this "growth"... Good luck.

Update
I finally heard back from Endeavor. It took about a month after applying. I did a phone interview and they stated they would follow up in a week or so. The recruiter did mention they were behind in their training schedule.

While Endeavor is a good place, if you’re ready to start your 121 career now I encourage you to apply elsewhere alongside endeavor. Decide where once you have class dates, don’t let a recruiter string you along.

There isn’t so much a backup in the training schedule so much as a lack of need for pilots here. We’re 75 or so over staffed and only losing 10 a month so no need to really hire more than a handful each month until we get growth which if one can believe management at this point will happen at the end of 2019.

I'm within a few months of 1500TT and am a little bummed because Endeavor was my top pick. Now I am looking at others but still might apply to 9E to see how things turn out. It looks like if you want the fastest route from indoc to line and upgrade Endeavor is not the way to go any more.
