Downgrade/Displacement Q's
 

I missed the fun last time displacements came around, as I left the industry. I do remember an LOA that downgraded captains retained captain pay. Do any of you know if that LOA is still active and if it would apply to a the realignment bid we are more than likely to see in the coming weeks?

Looks like at least 30% of the CA's on property will be downgraded. Sigh.

How do you figure?

There is no evidence of this.

Expressjet and Air Wisconsin released a bid displacing ~58% of their CA's. To hold CA at Delta you need to be at least in the top 55-60%.

Air Wisconsin and ExpressJet are not Endeavor, and neither is Delta. Terrible comparison

Look, until we know what’s going to happen here, there’s no reason for the doom and gloom. Don’t get yourself worked up for a hypothetical situation, let it play out and then make a plan.
