My crystal ball, once retirement hiring really gets going, for all regionals, etc. will be an average in the 7ish years range. Takes 2 oe 3 years to get there.

Straight flow or the messed up flow Mesaba had with the provision that the Flowee met all the interview credentials?
ie a degree. |

It’s hard to say, probably 5 years to flow if you are a new hire this summer. That’s based on Delta continuously hiring, and pilots still leaving for other airlines sooner.

Well let's calm down. This all hinges on delta and dalpa reaching an agreement on the compass loa. But it's the closest we've ever been. Great step
Also, new hires after it's signed aren't included. |

Fake news. That’s what the recruiters will sell to new hires just like Envoy recruiters do. 20/month divided by your number on the seniority list. Maybe 100 above you will take jobs elsewhere. Based on that(factual) math the current bottom of the list is flowing at 8.3 years worst case scenario. And that’s IF the flow started today. DALPA will tie this up for quite a while. Stop spreading a false narrative.
If you guys can get this across the finish line, this is a huge deal for everyone. |
300-400 senior pilots won’t take it anyway. Others won’t wait around.
