Well let's calm down. This all hinges on delta and dalpa reaching an agreement on the compass loa. But it's the closest we've ever been. Great step

Assuming a lot of things. That would be worst case scenario.

It’s hard to say, probably 5 years to flow if you are a new hire this summer. That’s based on Delta continuously hiring, and pilots still leaving for other airlines sooner.

I think one of the big questions will be the status of the DGI. Lots of folks would get to DL much sooner with the DGI than with flow. So far, sounds like this would replace the DGI, although it probably would not prohibit anyone from an OTS interview.

Good for you guys... This raises the bar yet again.

Another thing to consider is there is an unknown number of Propellers here, so hard to say for sure when a new hire will flow. Could be as soon at 4 years, as late as 7 years.
