except the ULCCs are paying just as much as any legacy (almost). I’ll happily go spend 20 years at Spirit or jetBlue. $200k ain’t keeping me, that’s for sure.

I didn't get when russ said he couldn't believe pilots are leaving for lccs. Um I can easily see why pilots are leaving for NK and B6. Especially B6. Nothing is stopping those from going there getting a type rating and some new experience then moving on to a legacy faster than flow. If they can't...well $270k for a 12 year B6 CA pay isn't too shabby.

Yeah during a podcast back during the summer. Can't remember which one though.

I would be careful.

That man will hunt you down and drink coffee out of your polished skull the next morning.

5 year B6 FO-JFK here, my seniority can easily pull in that 270k…FWIW. We’re seeing TONS of ENDV, PSA, ENVOY guys showing up. And with 2 year upgrades… the lcc is looking attractive to a lot more people….

Explain how that works? Just using the pay rates on APC and assuming you’re on the bus, you’d have to credit over 1700 hours in a year to make 270k. I’m definitely not calling you a liar, but really would like to know what kind of schedule that equates to and what kind of soft pay you guys have in your contract.

Well, he's certainly welcome to try.

Not sure why he'd care about someone who doesn't work at Endeavor though.
