Anyone know if EDV is hiring? My app has been in for about a month or two. Maybe I’m being impatient, but the regionals don’t seem to be hiring a ton… due to the FO surplus and backup of CA training I assume?

Most regionals, including Endeavor, are currently preferencing those with part 121 flight time. They are still hiring FOs, but at a low rate until there are enough CAs as well.

Last I heard pilots with no prior airline experience are waiting about 3 months to get an interview unless they're erolled at one of EDV's partner universities under the STEP program...

I applied in December 2022 and I just got an email today saying,

"Our airline has been fortunate to have a high volume of quality pilot candidates. As a result, we currently have a full interview schedule and have been able to extend enough job offers to pilot candidates to fill our new hire classes into summer 2023.
We will retain your impressive application for future openings and will be in touch when we are able to move your application on to the next stage of the selection process. Your experience and skills very much align with our selection criteria. Additionally, we will provide you with periodic email updates as we determine our pilot hiring requirements for 2023."

Reads like a rejection letter which is unfortunate but it does stand to reason that they're pulling back the reigns on FO hiring due to the Cap shortage. Anyways.. hopefully you have better luck partner
