Endeavor flow
I'm considering coming to Endeavor as a direct entry captain. I have an offer letter and a start date ? Realistically how long is the flow to delta ? It's advertised as two years . How many pilots are currently on property that are qualified waiting to flow ? Any other tips or advise would be appreciated..

Just curious. Two questions:
1. On average, what percentage of Endeavor pilots leave for non-Delta airlines?
2. On average, what percentage of Endeavor pilots choose to stay at Endeavor long term (either they aren’t marketable elsewhere or they like the base/schedule and choose to stay)?
I was recently transiting through LGA and I saw several older Endeavor pilots and thought maybe they like the job and want to stick around….. Not sure turning down the Delta flow makes a lot of economic sense but you never know someone’s personal situation…

plenty of senior 9E CA’s turned down flow because they’d never get a schedule at DL as good as the schedule they have at 9E before they retire. Financially, especially with the radical raises regionals gave their pilots recently, many who were close to retirement made more money by staying at 9E. not all street captains are 25 years old.
that or it could just be that the regionals tend to make us all age rapidly…

Hard to make judgment calls based just on appearance.
