I see how it was confusing but if eagle signs this: eagle will have new airplanes, flow and signing bonus for new hires. Pilots will chase airplanes and movement and this will be a disaster for 9E. Look at the guys that jumped to compass, this will be worse.

In the past 3-5 years what regional was upgrading. You guys make it seem like 9E was the only dead airline.

And my decision to leave 9E six months ago to go to another regional with massive growth was the best career decision I have ever made. I was a 6 year FO at 9E (no upgrade in sight and never had the opportunity to upgrade) and some of my buddies that left to do the same thing all say the same thing...best career move (aside from getting picked from a major) they could have made. |
