With LOA 50 , getting downgraded is a chance to make more money.

yes.... and more pilots quitting that are being sent to NYC, thus creating more downgrades and displacements, thus even higher attrition while shrinking at a faster rate than before. Future EtD's save yourselves the headache and abuse-go to compass.

How many total pilots are there now? And compared YTD?

We have lost over 1000 pilots in the last year. 1839 total shown.... 20 suckers, er, new hires in the last year.
