None of what you said matters... you are outsourced contract labor. Profit sharing isn't in your contract. That is the whole story.

Freudian slip? "Owes Endeavor"... Delta owes Endeavor nothing.

do you even care about any other part of this industry, or just mainline? You guys are destroying it quicker than it can rebound. I'm simply suggesting that they do something to slow the attrition and attract new pilots. I'd be interested to know your background and how you'd feel to have so much taken away

80 is from Pinnacle.

We are alter ego flying, the most risky type of flying career wise.

Just don't get how Delta owning you makes you feel safe.. 1. they wont let you bid on any "other airline flying" and 2. They will have no problem selling you or your planes, when there done with there rate reset game.. if Delta was so "invested" they would let you have a strong hold in atleast 1 hub... Have ypu been to DTW or MSP latley.. 9E is diluted there... I hope you guys there find opportunity..

Again, why get rid of 9E while they have full control with low pay rates?

We have a staffing problem, they don't want to get rid of us, however, it's going to get to a point where they have no choice. If 60 a month keep leaving, we won't last 2 years, nothing Delta can do about that.

We have a staffing problem because Delta refuses to sweeten the pot, and apparently the attitude over there is to rape and pillage their contract carriers

Where are people going? Lateral moves, or onto bigger and better things?

Are you kidding me. I don't think anyone feels being owned by Delta is a safety net. In fact it's the contrary
