That seems strange, they went from giving out a job to Delta to now not even getting an interview? I would expect the final language to include an interview for new hires or language eventually added in the future to include new hires. My opinion, Endeavor will eventually become the primary pathway to Delta. In order to do this I would not be surprised if they eventually revisit something like the EtD program.

I stand by my previous assertions that this entire thing on the newhire stuff at 9E is an experiment and more or less throwing stuff against the wall to see if anything sticks.

The next class has 17-20 warm bodies. It's a pretty big improvement considering every class over the last 8 months was only 1-3. Since most of the lateral career options are staring to fizzle out it seems relaxing of hiring criteria and implementation of the 30k bonus is starting to take it effect and produce results.

The LOA that has been agreed to but not voted on will give FO's access to SSP interview. Does not include the statement restricting the scope of the interviews to people on property for the original Bridge Agreement. This is an amendment and as most would expect amendments change things. I have not read the final language of the LOA and neither have the people commenting on who is or is not getting a Delta interview. For those considering Endeavor rest assured Delta wants Endeavor to work and you will continue to see changes to the operation to keep it inexpensive and viable while still able to recruit. Keep in mind people who just jumped ship for the quick upgrade and lost out on their Delta interview are not happy and they will try hard to discredit Endeavor in the sad hope the airline will fail.

Totally agree. For anyone considering 9e don't listen to the upset posts on here. The folks that are still here are happy and are very excited for the future. Many things have changed for the better here and the negative people that post on here are upset that they left for psa forever giving up delta. Things are changing here and they will continue to make big changes here to make this place work.

Endeavor isn't going to fail, just slowing shrink to a fleet of 81 aircraft. I made the move to another DCI carrier that also has a interview with delta, so I'm not sad that I left. Honestly, how long do to think it will take a FO that is over 500 pilots away from the CAs that just interviewed at delta to interview and start class at delta? Delta is hiring over 800 next year and only 144 come from Endeavor.

And when they're tired of looking at/smelling the poo that stuck, they'll simply have some RJ pilots scrape that poo off. Then come up with a new batch of poo, and fling it at the wall to see what else will stick. IE; SSP/"vault letter"->EtD->EtD cancelled->SSP expanded.

I don't understand what you're getting at??? 9e is Delta management now. Are you suggesting that Delta mainline people (the company you work for) don't have a clue at what they're doing and are just half hazardly trying things without a plan???
