Seeing the transition of the various companies over the past 8 years I can tell you that Endeavor is being run the best I have ever seen. The vocal minority naysayers on here are a small group that are no longer employed at the company and continue to say the same thing over and over again. If your a prospective new hire and want real advice, ask a current employee. The latest from the school house is another CRJ 200 simulator has been purchased for a total of two on top of what we already are operating.

The company has also sent about 10 conditional new hires to get their ATP that Endeavor is paying for.
They are also working with Delta to put together a training program for a waiver of the 1500/1000/750 hour rule.

The sim from China just arrived in PHX. A second 200 sim is coming from Germany. Not sure of what the timeline for that one is.

70 total of the newest ones? or 70 + 35 (current size) ? or 70 + 17 (expected summer fleet size)?
Still having staffing issues though. The NET this year isn't far from zero and that doesn't even include the 140 or so Captains that will head to Delta at the end of the year. Should be good movement at that point though, however 9E still needs new FO's just like every other regional.

Where did you come by that number?

Not sure what your deal is. But if I bought a Harley back when AMF owned them and it was a POS, that would not mean I wouldn't buy one today. Things change. Your unwillingness to step out of the past and do some simple research before you speak tells me you have a closed mind, and hang on to bitterness. That $hit will eat you up

Mgt seems pretty confident that they can get this cradle to grave program off the ground, and take guys under the FAA requirement. If that happens, Endeavor will have plenty of FO's. That's what I think the retention bonus was for, to buy them time until the hiring program is up and running.
