It's Beat Navy, so I'm guessing you've got some stuff in common ;)
ENDEAVOR (I don't know republic's schedule) Indoc 2 weeks (m-f) Systems 2 weeks (m-f) Then 5 ftd's followed by a PV Then 11 sims (MV on #6, IOE at the end). The company will Pos space you home on any break longer than 48 hrs (weekends during ground training) and breaks between sims. The sim schedule was different for everyone, but as recently as last month there were no long gaps. Max one week off prior to starting Ftds. Most were 3-4 sims, 2-3 days off, repeat after that. Full min guarantee pay starting day 1 of training. Single occupancy (room with fridge and cooking). For those in Phoenix without cooking in hotel room; full daily per diem! So after pitting employees against each other in 2015. Fooling pilots into voting yes on a substandard contract. Driving the company into a fake bankruptcy to steal as much money as possible. Giving myself and my team of crooks millions in bonuses. How do I put the cherry on top? Fire 250 associates in CMH and MCI and reap my millions the rest of this year. Please keep running the airline on time so I can get an even larger bonus. And continue to look after one another and our mainline partners guests.
