The FAA has updated all of their Aviation Maintenance Technician Handbooks.

It’s too bad they haven’t included a “changes” section. I’d imagine there is a change document floating around the FAA somewhere.

For most documents like this, that is a good suggestion. Summary of changes, bolded sections, etc. I am familiar with that is typically done.
