Default Hiring AOG/Line Techs Week on / Week off

Week ON / Week OFF AOG Tech Positions Available Immediately

Do you have Jet Maintenance Experience? Citation X (CE-750) or Challenger 300/350 experience preferred.

Baker Aviation is hiring AOG technicians to service our fleet of Citation Xs and Challenger 300s.

Locations: Live where you want - Fly out from your local airport at the start of your Week on.

Schedule: Week on / Week days off. MX crews change out on Tuesday

Pay: $60 per hour ($90/hr Overtime). Guaranteed 80 hours in the week on. Guarantee hours are base pay if we can't keep you busy(you will be plenty busy). Any hours worked over 40 hours in the week are overtime pay. You can expect to work 80-90 hours in the week. This works out to an average of $75/hr if you work a minimum of 80 clock hours during the week.

Hotel/Per Diem: Company paid hotel for nights away from home. $85 / day per diem for food and incidentals.

Benefits: Fully paid health insurance, dental, vision. This is a company paid benefit which costs the company $30,000+ per year (if you have a family)... that you don't pay. Check your current pay stub and see what your health coverage costs.
-401K with company 3% contribution (you do not have to contribute, the company puts money into your 401k for you).
- Esop Retirement Plan - Additional retirement plan that stacks on top of the 401k at no cost to you.
Thats 2 retirement plans.. Both are free to you!!!

Preferred Experience: Citation X experience or AOG experience working outside and overnight.

Must have: A&P certificate. Grit and ability to do work outside, at night, in challenging environments.

Notes: This is not an 8am-5pm shop job. This is an AOG/Traveling MX technician position so this means that you must be available to work on our aircraft when they are broken. You will be required to travel via airline to help repair aircraft that are AOG at remote locations. The majority of the work is at night when the aircraft are not flying. We do have a shop in FTW but the TX candidates will travel via commercial airline to wherever we are AOG and bring tools and parts to support the team. You may be in a shop for the week supporting MX work and AOG’s or you may be operating an AOG van for the week.
Be prepared to work outside, drive a van, communicate with DOM while on jobs, arrange logistics at FBO if needed, help ship parts back to base, or whatever else the AOG/MX requires.
You will also do preventive maintenance/line maintenance at our AOG bases when the aircraft are not flying. Expect a mixture of emergent AOG work that needs immediate attention and also preventive/line maintenance that is treated like we are AOG with immediate attention.

Typical Schedule: Fly out Tuesday and then return the next Tuesday. There will be minor flexibility in the flight times to and from your work location and home due to aircraft needs and employee travel schedule for the oncoming relief mechanic.

Please message me, email me, or text me if you want to make top pay working on the X.
