Default Cockpit video and audio recording

I hope this is the right forum; maybe the flight school thread would be better? I have been tasked with setting up systems to record instruction in various aircraft. They will mostly be bizjet types, starting with a couple of C550s. I believe they want to do a couple GIVs as well and who knows what else in between. We want to capture video of both seats and the captains panel as well as ATC and cockpit audio. Secondly, as part of the system or in addition to it is the desire to give an observer the ability to handle the radios. I know there are a lot of systems out there both portable and certified for installation. I am looking for your input/advice.

My thoughts for starting out is one portable camera mounted on each side with separate audio from the intercom system. The latest Sporty's catalog has what appear to be several good window mount systems. Thanks in advance for your replies.

You might want to look on Youtube, find a video you like and ask them. There are a lot of great videos both, professional and amateur. You might get a response more specific towards what you are looking for. Hope it helps.

2-3 replay or contour cameras mounted in the cockpit, and a Zoom H4n for audio. I use Pluraleyes 3 to sync audio to video. Everything you'll need will cost less than $1000 per a/c assuming you already have an edit bay.
