Yes. Once the 824 is finished (which should happen in may or june), we go to 35% of classes. When the 40th 175 is on property (~august), then it goes back up to 50% but metered to 25/mo. During that they will essentially ask every pilot on the property every month whether or not they want to flow, and the most senior 35% or 25/mo who say yes will go.

There are also about 350 senior captains who already bypassed flow before the 824. They will get a second chance when the protected pilots begins, and many of them will reverse their decision and go. This is especially true of ORD captains, since ORD has been decimated.

Last post in this thread haha, have fun.
Skywest Snowflakes really are a special bunch...your reputation is well deserved. Of course, we are all very fortunate you gave us that expert analysis of yours in what WILL-not may-happen in the future. A wonderful prediction made in a silly thread started based on inaccurate information to begin with. Sounds like a low budget movie plot. Thanks for the laugh.

Good luck trying to get on with an LCC. Good luck at all those job fairs.

For once, you actually posted information that is accurate and free of opinion...mostly. Until your last paragraph. Truth is we don't know how many geezers will want the 3rd bite at the flow Apple. Most of them are content where they are...that is purely anecdotal of course...we can assume that some will choose to flow, no doubt. Either way it should only alter the PP flow by a few months in either direction. There aren't enough senior CAs who could possibly flow after the 824 to cause a huge tremor.

Once again you accuse me of not being factual, you put words in my mouth, and unsurprisingly you are wrong. I agree it will delay the flow by at most a few months, but I neither said nor implied that it would be a "huge tremor," nor did I contradict that most are content to stay. It is not "purely anecdotal," some have already selected that they will go on the new PP list. Also there have already been a handful of reversed decisions within the 824.

It is ironic when you accuse others of having some agenda.

Just ignore skyvector. He's a company recruiter that's 100% in the tank for the company and his mission is to attack anyone who doesn't tow the party line here. Envoy recruiters will feed you as much BS as you'll take. Last week he even called a 5 year flow for a new hire. Anyone with the slightest bit of sense sees right through this as the BS it is.

You never specified whether you believed his last paragraph was not acurrate or not free of opinion:

If you want to argue semantics at least read what was written carefully.
