Default Training department

I know the company's training department is in full swing right now, but what kind of days off are the instructors getting? What kind of days off are they getting for the holidays?

Probably still down to the minimum of 8 days off per month. The schoolhouse closes from just before Christmas through New Years, but I am not sure if that includes the sims.

Incorrect. They were getting taken down to 10 days a month with a required 2 days a month of OT. Now they’ve caught up enough they’re not required to work mandatory OT so they’re getting their minimum 12 days off.

Awesome! Those guys (and girls) were getting run ragged. I’m glad they’re getting time away.
