What are you all doing for shoes, any recommendations that comply?

These are really comfortable, and wont set off any metal detectors. Only thing is they're a little pricey at $140

Anyone know when twin hill is going to update the yearly half priced allowance per the contract?

Plus they let people know you like to party. Pairs nicely with a Member’s Only jacket when going to dinner on an overnight. Pro tip: wear your crew badge as well, you never know when a restaurant may offer a discount.

At a previous CA's recommendation I bought some Ariat Roper's while in training.

Cowboy boots aren't usually my thing... but I love these boots.

They look good in the uniform, hold a polish well, look good with jeans when not on duty (only packing one pair of shoes on trips), and have no metal in them so you walk right through security.

Does the A Cut Above Midnight colored pants pass for AA issued pants? The issued pants suck

And is there and alternate jacket to the trench coat? I don't plan on carrying a sawed off under it so does the all weather constitute an acceptable replacement? And can you return the POS trench coat?

Pants don't really match. I have the A Cut Above midnight pants and compared to the issued one. Yeah, company issued uniform quality is at best - Subpar. I've worn the ACA shirt a few times and haven't really gotten the "hairy eye" from anyone.

Yes, the all weather coat, the leather jacket, and/or the cardigan.

How does the company reimburse the 50% for the uniform after the year. So we have to submit an expense report or is it done automatically if you do payroll deduction ?

Is the AA GREY pants on A Cut Abv the old style uniform or does it match the current uniform?
