This company is ridiculous. They can’t even get their own shenanigans in order. Let me explain.
A captain told me he got a warn letter for too many sick occurrences. The chief pilot mentioned using FMLA instead. If he still has sick time to burn, then he would still have to use up that paid leave according to this paragraph from our contract. So I ask, what’s the difference? Oh!
