I just watched Swayne's latest video (linked a few pages back), and he did a good job touching on an average day in the Regional Airline business.
The pettiness shown by some (most) in this thread is unfortunate.

It really amazes me how they let him walk around the ramp without wearing a safety vest. What would happen if I try do something like that? I guess FM-1 only applies to regular pilots.

There have always been two issues that without bashing on the guy can’t be argued. He is (or certainly has) made a buck doing something that has not been afforded to others. The other thing was that while he has never said anything that most would agree wasn’t true, he was also certainly still blowing the company horn when it was (at least perceived) to be hurting the rest of the pilot group during the negotiations.

I agree that he puts out a quality product. Certainly can’t knock him on that aspect. He presents a professional appearance. Something that can’t always be said about others. There is one guy at PSA that does do a good job as well.

That was hard to watch. I am amazed that someone in HR and Management would think this is a good look for the company and airline pilots. What is so special about airline pilots dancing around like morons? Is that a good look to the public? I just don't understand how anyone in charge would approve this.Shameful, really.
Ok Captain Happy sure.

Boomer is a state of mind not an age
i.e. the 30 year old boomer
